In this role, you will own the visual execution of their email, SMS, and promotional campaigns, working closely with retention, marketing, and creative teams to bring campaigns to life.This is a high-output, performance-driven role. They run a structured weekly marketing calendar with multiple sends across email and SMS, so speed, organization, and strong creative instincts are critical.What You'll Do: Email & Lifecycle Creative Design marketing emails across promotional, campaign, and automated lifecycle flows Create assets for email, SMS, landing pages, and retention marketing campaigns Build modular email systems that allow for quick campaign iteration Translate marketing strategy into high-converting email layoutsCampaign Production Execute weekly marketing calendars with multiple sends per week Design creative for product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen flows Collaborate with retention and marketing teams to deliver assets quickly and efficiently Maintain visual consistency across all lifecycle marketing touchpointsLifestyle Marketing Creative Design marketing assets using lifestyle photography and brand creative Support marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital placements Help evolve their visual storytelling across campaignsOptimization & Iteration Work closely with marketing teams to test and improve creative performance Iterate quickly on creative based on campaign results Contribute ideas for new creative concepts and campaign approachesTheir Marketing Workflow: Their lifecycle marketing operates on a structured weekly campaign calendar, with multiple emails and SMS sends each week. You will work inside this framework by: Designing assets aligned to weekly campaign themes Creating creative that supports multiple sends across a campaign window Building creative that can be reused and iterated on across lifecycle flows They move fast and prioritize clear, high-impact creative that performs, not overly complex designs.Tools & Experience: Required Figma Email design systems Experience designing marketing emails Strong understanding of mobile-first designNice to Have Klaviyo / Attentive experience Experience with lifecycle marketing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Understanding of e-commerce marketing and DTC brandsWhat They're Looking For: 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with strong visual design skills, particularly focused on email and marketing content Ability to produce high-quality work quickly Organized and comfortable working inside structured marketing calendars Experience with email marketing and promotional campaigns Understanding of e-commerce and performance marketingBonus If You Have: Experience with lifestyle or fashion brands Experience designing for high-volume email marketing programs Motion / light animation for marketing assetsThe Type of Designer Who Thrives Here: Someone who: Moves fast Understands marketing Likes working inside a campaign rhythm Knows that great marketing creative is about clarity and performance, not just aestheticsWork Schedule:US Pacific Standard TimeBenefits: A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
