Job Description
As aProduct Delivery Manager (VP) for Payments Rails LATAM, you will lead end-to-end delivery fromintake through release and operationalization, partnering withProduct, Technology, Operations, CS&I, and cross-functional teams. You will managetimelines, dependencies, and blockersto keep execution on track, strengthengovernance and agile delivery practices, and drive continuous improvements that enable faster, more consistent outcomes and better customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end product delivery processes includingintake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and cross-functional coordination.
* Lead change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm’srisk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
* Effectively manage timelines and dependencieswhile monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
* Establish and run program governance(e.G., operating cadence, working groups, integrated plans, RAID, dependency management, and “Ready to Launch” readiness).
* Drive end-to-end delivery execution across the lifecycle:planning, build oversight, testing, UAT coordination, cutover, and hypercare, ensuring operationalization and stakeholder readiness.
* Lead process re-engineering and continuous improvement to improve delivery speed, transparency, and control discipline.
* Foster a collaborative working environment that encourages open dialogue and productive conflict resolution.
* Analyze and interpret delivery constraints (including policies/processes), identify barriers, and apply critical thinking to address challenges across the product development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* 10+ yearsof experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications in complex, cross-functional environments.
* Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readinessactivities.
* Strong understanding of delivery with a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement.
* Experience inproduct/platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies.
* Knowledge ofPayments and/or Core Rails
* Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
* Strong intellectual curiosity and experience in business analysis and process re-engineering.
* Proven leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills;
ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
