Our mission is to empower small and medium-sized companies to thrive and succeed in today's competitive marketplace.About the roleAs a BDR, you'll be working with one of our HR Tech clients, and your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify and engage prospective buyers (Director, VP, and C-Level executives) in the HR/Change Management space. You will be tasked with cold calling and cold emailing to generate leads, setting up walk-through appointments for demos, prospecting using LinkedIn and other means of prospecting tools, and running sales discovery calls before passing the qualified leads along to the sales team. Your role will encompass the full sales development cycle, from lead generation to qualifying buyers.About you:You are a people personYou are fearless, hunter, and open to learning!You have experience in sales, sales development and cold calling, marketing, or customer relations.You are carving for for learning! C1 level is a must have!) - Required oral fluency is Native-like or Native English speakerYou are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a teamYou don't mind working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentExperience with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, and Sales Nav.!Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation:• Conduct extensive research to identify potential buyers for the accounts you manage.• Cold call and cold email the Director, VP, and C-level HR and Change Management executives to schedule appointments for demos.Team Coordination:• Communicate with the Account Executive, confirm appointment schedules, and ensure they are well-informed about the call notes.• Provide necessary details and instructions to sales teams for each qualified lead.Data Management and Organization:• Utilize your prospecting tools to input and maintain appointment schedules, client information, and relevant notes.• Keep accurate records of leads, conversations, pipeline, and outcomes in both our CRM and our client's CRM system.Metrics and KPI you'll be measured on:Number of dials per week and the meeting conversion rate. (we dial 150+ per day on average)Number of conversations and the ratio of meetings set.Number of emails sent and their Relative Reply RateMeeting attendance rateSchedule:This is a full-time (40-hour/week) position, working between the hours of 9:00 am - 6:00 PM ETThis role is open for applicants in LATAMWhat we offer:Base pay + commission (60%-40%)PTOP-3TO (Paid to take time off) - Commission makes 40% of our paystubs.
