If you thrive in a dynamic, technology-driven environment and enjoy building strategic relationships, this role is for you.🚀 What You’ll Do:- Source & Expand: Discover new purchasing channels and build a robust supplier resource pool.- Negotiate & Execute: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including RFQs (request for quotes), price comparisons, sample evaluation, and purchase contract negotiations.- Order Management: Implement and issue purchase orders, tracking them closely to ensure on-time delivery, product acceptance, and accurate payment processing.- Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of all purchased products, ensuring they strictly align with the company’s quality standards.- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Maintain and manage existing supplier relationships while strategically developing new partners as required.- Cost Optimization: Complete planned procurement tasks efficiently to drive cost reductions and savings for the company.🎯 What We’re Looking For:- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.- Experience: At least 3 years of proven working experience in purchasing management or procurement roles.- Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of supplier resource searching, purchase order tracking, and contract execution.- Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required, with the ability to use it confidently as a main working language.- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a sharp ability to negotiate and manage conflicts.🌍 Our CultureAt FiberHome, we believe that innovation starts with people.
