We want a designer with exceptional taste, strong opinions, and the instincts to ship visuals that move metrics.What You'll Do:Own day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets.Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces.Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets).Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week.Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers).Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight, moodboard, concept, production, iteration.Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve.What Success Looks Like:Enhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS.Asset turnaround under 48 h for priority requests; weekly creative batch drops.A cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework.Who You Are:6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house).You know the category patterns - and how to break them.Exceptional taste.Refined typography, layout discipline, restraint where it matters, edge where it counts.Deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI; you've got references at your fingertips.Not afraid to be bold.You can defend strong creative while staying coachable.Fast-paced, passionate, easy to work with.Low-ego collaborator who communicates crisply.Tools: Figma & Wordpress / Elementor power user; Adobe Illustrator as needed.Bonus Points if You...Have 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling).Can produce quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops).Understand performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first).Have experience building componentized design systems for marketing.How to Apply: Email your portfolio with 6–10 pieces relevant to SaaS/AI marketing, a short note on brands you admire in AI/SaaS and why, and an optional 30–60s Loom walking through one project.
