Key Role in IT Systems Design and Implementation
As a technical expert, you'll play a pivotal part in crafting and delivering high-quality IT solutions for enterprise clients. This involves hands-on work with modern infrastructure technologies, collaboration with internal engineering teams, and providing guidance to optimize IT environments.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and directory services.
* Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments, fostering innovation and growth.
* Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining transparent communication and detailed documentation.
* Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
* Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development, enhancing expertise and staying ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in systems engineering within enterprise or managed service environments.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, solidifying knowledge and skills in this area.
* Strong background in Intune and mobile device management, ensuring effective implementation and maintenance.
* Proficiency in multifactor authentication (MFA) and/or single sign-on solutions, enhancing security and user experience.
* Comprehensive understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems, facilitating smooth system administration.
* Proven ability to develop and maintain accurate and detailed systems documentation.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and best practices in client service, promoting excellent customer satisfaction.
