In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the sales performance of the car rental portfolio, identifying opportunities to increase revenue;
* Negotiating commercial agreements, commissions, and rates with key accounts to ensure competitiveness and market growth;
* Monitoring availability, rate parity, and partner performance across our channels, ensuring the best customer experience;
* Analyzing market data, product performance, and KPIs to identify business opportunities and performance improvements;
* Developing commercial strategies in partnership with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to increase conversion and revenue;
* Prospecting anddeveloping new partnerships aligned with the company’s expansion strategy;
* Tracking partner performance indicators (availability, rate parity, NPS, SLA, among others) and driving continuous improvement;
* Representing the company at events and strengthening relationships with strategic partners.
What we expect from you (experience, soft and hard skills):
* Fluent English – mandatory;
* Experience in aservice-based company, preferably in the car rental industry;
* Bachelor’s degree completed;
* Advanced negotiation skills in challenging situations, seeking innovative and win-win solutions;
* Emotional intelligence in interactions, especially in sensitive negotiations, maintaining a collaborative and constructive environment;
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment to achieve shared goals;
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;
