Administrative Project Coordinator Role
This is a non-technical project coordination position focused on planning, documentation, communication, and ensuring seamless day-to-day project operations.
* Coordinate internal resources and external parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects
* Quality control functions involve the careful review of documents for accuracy and consistency
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
* Measure project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques
* Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure client satisfaction
* Manage all project lifecycle stages from initiation through closure, with responsibility for ensuring deliverables are understood and releases are timely.
Key Qualifications
* Degree in a relevant field
* Proven working experience in an environment requiring close attention to detail
* Able to balance multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
* Effective communication skills with ability to work collaboratively
* Comfortable working independently and as part of remote teams
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent written and spoken English language skills
