Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, specifically on Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in paid social campaign management.
* Proven track record of customer acquisition and ROAS-focused campaign strategies.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make real-time optimizations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for various client accounts. This includes collaborating with creative strategists and designers to develop and test ad creatives that convert.
Campaign Management Responsibilities:
* Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
* Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad creatives.
* Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust budgets, bids, and audiences to improve KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and CTR.
* Build and present performance reports to internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
* Experience working with eCommerce brands or direct-to-consumer (DTC) clients is a plus.
* Solid understanding of creative testing frameworks, audience targeting, and funnel strategy.
* Proficiency in ad platform tools and reporting dashboards.
