Learning Experience Designer Role
This role involves applying efficient and agile design approaches to develop innovative learning solutions. Key responsibilities include creating design documents, testing and deploying content, conducting needs assessments, establishing training plans, overseeing translations, measuring results, and more.
Responsibilities
* Innovation: Apply creative design thinking to projects and keep the approach up-to-date with industry products and solutions.
* Flexibility and Agility: Adapt to changing business requirements, projects, and resources using agile methods to meet business needs.
* Design: Design holistic solutions engaging team members and stakeholders in the design process ensuring flexibility and addressing unique learner needs.
* Development: Develop solutions across various learning modalities and tools without creating redundant solutions applying continuous learning concepts.
* Learning Outcomes: Measure outcomes and ensure learning solutions result in intended business impact.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication skills. Additionally, they should have knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and e-learning development tools.
