- **To join our Brazilian subsidiary, we are looking for an experienced Service Technician, to support our major customers in Brazil and LATAM.**_
**As such, your responsibilities will be as follows**:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job
- Provide quality technical support through in house and on-site (existing customer base) installations, calibrations, preventive maintenance, and repair of MacoPharma equipment (Blood Mixers, Sterile Connectors, Tube Sealers, Blood Components Extractors, Pathogen reduction Devices), in all Brazil’s territory.
- Provide Technical Support to customers in other Latin American countries by remote communication.
- Provide technical training to distributors technical services.
- Manage the equipment maintenance at the headquarters of São Paulo (SP) and the warehouse at Itajaí (SC).
- Manage the records (tracking and inventory) of equipment, spare parts, and maintenances in the company’s system.
- Travels throughout the country will be a constant for executing the job
**Your profile**:
You have a technical academic background and a first experience of at least 3 years experience in technical service for medical equipment.
In addition, as a Solution and Service Technician, you strongly enjoy solving technical problems and meeting challenges.
And you are know for the following skills:
- Ability to analyze, test and repair electronic and electromechanical equipment (from hand tools to complex measuring systems
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills and meticulous attention to details
- Sense of urgency and time management skills to prioritize daily activities
- Very good organizational skills as well as documentation and record keeping skills
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electronic schematics, wiring diagrams and illustrated parts drawing of equipment
- Computer literate (Hardware and software) including networking and Microsoft Office 365.
As the position require regional support, you are open to frequent travels and able to manage your travel agenda.
Eventually, as you will be working in a multicultural company and environment, professional English skills are needed, Basic Spanish is a differential.
Work Location: On the road
