Responsibilities: Market Research & Client Targeting - Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients globally. - Use LinkedIn, CRM tools, and public databases to build lists of qualified prospects. - Understand regional trends, client needs, and buying behavior to guide outreach strategy. Cold Outreach & Prospect Engagement - Create personalized and compelling messaging that resonates with different industries and regions. - Handle objections professionally and generate interest in Reboot Monkey’s data center services. Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting - Use defined criteria to assess prospect fit (industry, need, budget, etc.). - Book qualified discovery calls or demos for the Sales team. - Maintain smooth handover of leads with context and notes. CRM Management & Reporting - Log all activities and interactions in the CRM accurately and in real time. - Track outreach performance (contact rate, reply rate, conversion rate) and provide weekly updates. - Continuously optimize lead sourcing and outreach tactics based on data. Region-Specific Outreach - Adapt communication style to cultural and business norms in each region. - Stay informed on local compliance requirements and business etiquette.
