Job Description: Commercial Strategist at Kärcher
As a WOW at Kärcher, you will:
Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products;
Develop campaigns, commercial actions, and support materials for the sales force;
Work with distribution channels, resellers, and direct sales;
Act as a point of connection between internal areas (commercial, marketing, and product);
Participate in visits to clients and distributors to gather insights and implement field actions;
Support the building of a commercial culture focused on scalability and growth of new business fronts.
It would be WOW if you bring the following:
Complete higher education;
Experience with technical consumables;
Communicative profile, commercial, with a product vision;
Experience with campaigns and sales activation actions;
Ability to structure actions that bring the product closer to the seller and the customer;
Availability to travel.
