Job Summary
Ratetech partners with diverse hotels worldwide to achieve commercial objectives. We seek an experienced Director focused on European markets to enhance this business unit.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage strategic partnerships with regional and local stakeholders (e.g. RMS, PMS, booking engines, OTAs)
* Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with Ratetech's global market approach in LATAM
* Identify co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities with key players in the hospitality and travel ecosystem
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) to structure and execute partnership agreements
* Represent Ratetech at industry events and partnership meetings to promote our brand and solutions
* Monitor partner performance, engagement, and contribution to pipeline and revenue
* Provide regular reporting and insights on partnership outcomes and market trends
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships
Deep understanding of the LATAM hospitality and travel technology landscape. Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities. Excellent relationship management skills with ability to engage partners at all levels.
