Job Title: Product Development Manager
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles. You will support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies
2. Support and guide one Scrum team
3. Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
4. Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
5. Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
* Familiarity with SAFe; certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
