Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Dermatology Solutions Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing operational flows for national and international immunology events, working closely with medical affairs, field teams, marketing teams, business excellence, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor the opening of events planned for each cycle and validate event information such as deadlines, event duration, logistics, speaker, etc.
* Create, submit, and modify ANFs (forms used to support payment for services provided by HCPs such as lectures, consultancy, participation in advisory boards, etc.).
* Support HCPs until the event takes place, including formalizing invitations and sending support materials.
* Contact speakers to assist in lecture preparation, send scientific information and references, and search for full scientific articles.
* Sending communications to speakers requesting the final version of presentations, responsible for the first content review.
* Evaluate that presentations comply with local and regulatory requirements.
* Submit material for review and approval by the Medical and Regulatory Affairs departments.
* Reconcile and close ANFs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a complete university degree in business administration, marketing, pharmacy, or related fields. They should have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, fluent English, knowledge of biological medicines for the Dermatology market, and knowledge of the market in the region of operation.
