Position Overview: Were looking for a dynamic Sales Associate - Property Acquisitions to drive outbound prospecting efforts.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to establish relationships over the phone.
A significant portion of the role involves cold calling commercial property owners to explore potential acquisition opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to commercial property owners (approximately 60% of the role).Manage and execute outbound direct mail campaigns.Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) with accurate prospect data.Identify and research potential property acquisition opportunities.Build rapport with property owners and negotiate initial conversations.Track outreach efforts and optimize sales strategies based on response rates. Qualifications: Fluent English with minimal accent (strong command of the language is critical).Sales-driven mindset with resilience to handling objections and rejection.Strong ability to establish relationships over the phone and sell effectively.General CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).Highly organized with attention to detail in managing prospect data. Nice-to-Haves: Experience in outbound sales or cold calling.HubSpot expertise.
