We are seeking a Digital Account Manager who is strategic, data-driven, client-focused, and sharp enough to turn insights into impact.
This role requires the ability to craft influence, not just run campaigns. As a Digital Account Manager, you will act as the strategic liaison between clients and our internal teams.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth.
* Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns: media, creative, performance, branding, etc.
* Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context.
* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as needed.
* Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value.
* Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability.

* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
* Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem: paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, etc.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions.
* Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
* Proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for digital marketing.
