Monorepo:Experience with Turborepo. Testing:Proficiency in Jest (unit and integration). Databases:Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. Messaging & Caching:Redis, Kafka, and/or RabbitMQ. DevOps:Docker, Git, and REST API design. Security:Deep understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and OIDC.Frontend Core: Library:Advanced proficiency in React.js. Integration:Connecting complex backend architectures with seamless, responsive UI components.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Fintech/Banking:Experience with Jack Henry or Q2 platforms. Architecture:Strong grasp of Event-driven architecture, CQRS + Event Sourcing, Saga Pattern, and API Gateways. Modernization:Experience with Strangler Fig pattern and Trunk Based Development.
