We’re seeking exceptional talent to work on immersive client projects that will challenge and hone your skills.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements for automation, reporting, and system integration.Develop low-code automations for:Pulling and merging data from multiple sources (SharePoint, OneDrive, Dataverse, third-party applications).Transforming and formatting data (Excel automation, pivot tables, Power BI integration).Automating approval workflows and form processes.Build modular and reusable components (Power Automate, Agents, Flows) to enable “lift-and-shift” deployment to different data sources and use cases.Design, train, and maintain Copilot Studio agents to process reports with varying but structurally similar inputs.Leverage Microsoft Azure Pipelines for automated deployment and CI/CD workflows.Utilize Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, Service Bus) for scalable automation and integration solutions.Develop .NET-based solutions when low-code tools need to be extended for advanced logic or integration requirements.Build and maintain custom connectors for third-party and internal applications.Ensure automations and deployments are secure, following client’s MFA, individual account, and environment provisioning requirements.Participate in daily or ad-hoc check-ins with the client’s team to clarify requirements, review work in progress, and make quick adjustments.Document workflows, solutions, and modular frameworks for internal knowledge sharing.Required Qualifications (Must Have)Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Pipelines for CI/CD automation.Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud services and ecosystem.Experience developing and integrating .NET solutions for automation and application workflows.Proficiency in data integration from various sources (SharePoint, OneDrive, Dataverse, Excel, APIs).Hands-on experience with Excel automation (macros, pivot tables, data formatting) and Power BI integration.Ability to design modular, reusable low-code and .NET solutions for rapid adaptation across multiple processes.Experience building custom connectors for external systems.Nice to havePrior experience working with accounting/tax firms and IRIS STAR software for practice management.Prior experience with optimal overlap with US-based teams.Familiarity with secure enterprise environments, MFA, and account provisioning for development and production.Background in automating reporting processes at scale across multiple teams.Ability to bridge low-code and pro-code development for complex automation scenarios.A happy team makes all the difference.
