We are looking for a Business Development Manager/Project Coordinator who combines product expertise with business acumen and project management skills to lead clients through the implementation phase of each project. This role involves coordinating multiple priorities, ensuring client success, and fostering positive relationships with customers.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for Feedzai's customers
* Identifying client expectations and requirements and communicating them across functional teams
* Becoming a subject matter expert of Feedzai's products and advising clients on best practices
* Collaborating with Data Science and Risk Analyst teams to map client fields to Feedzai's standard API data dictionary
* Designing process flows with an understanding of customer event flow and current state
* Addressing customer issues with speed and efficiency
You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment and provide updates to internal partners on customer perspectives, risks, strategic insights, issue resolution activities, and expansion opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or similar field
* At least 2 years experience in a Business Analyst role with responsibility for requirement elicitation
* Familiarity with API mapping and design
* Demonstrated skills in managing customer relationships for a managed services and/or SaaS organization
