We’re hiring a DS160 Visa Specialist to support a U.S.-focused visa services company helping clients in Latin America obtain tourist visas.
This role is for someone with extensive hands-on experience completing DS160 forms, fluent in Spanish and English, and capable of stepping into a future leadership position.

The Role
You will be responsible for accurately completing and reviewing DS160 forms for U.S. Embassy visa applications, ensuring precision, compliance, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate has years of experience with the DS160 process and can potentially grow into a managerial role, training and supervising other specialists.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete and review DS160 forms with high accuracy
* Ensure all information aligns with U.S. Embassy requirements
* Communicate with clients to gather required documentation and clarify details
* Identify inconsistencies or risk factors before submission
* Maintain organized records of applications and case progress
* Support internal process improvements
* Potentially train and supervise new team members
Required Qualifications
* Extensive experience completing DS160 forms (mandatory)
* Strong understanding of U.S. tourist visa application processes
* Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
* Comfortable working remotely
