This position is instrumental in ensuring accurate cash flow management, client satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.Job DescriptionAccounts Receivable ManagementOversee the full AR lifecycle including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, dispute resolution, and aging analysis.Ensure accurate and timely billing while resolving client exceptions efficiently.Monitor client payments, oversee cash application, and ensure timely settlement reconciliation to support 100% on-time supplier payment SLAs.Partner with Accounts Payable and Treasury to align receivables with cash flow forecasts and payment schedules.Monitor receivables aging and collaborate with client stakeholders and PMO teams to resolve payment inquiries.Manage quarterly client and supplier volume rebates with precision and compliance.Standardize AR policies, procedures, and playbooks across programs while maintaining audit readiness and strong internal controls.Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance AR efficiency and scalability.Finance Business PartneringServe as the primary finance liaison to program leaders and account managers, supporting invoice-related issue resolution.Provide actionable insights on billing behaviors, dispute trends, and invoicing challenges to improve program performance.Present tailored AR reporting to leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and business impact.Support onboarding of new client programs with structured billing guidance and financial playbooks.Collaborate with Legal and Contracts to align billing terms and resolve disputes effectively.Handle sensitive financial matters with discretion, urgency, and professionalism.Team Management & DevelopmentLead and mentor a team of 2–4 AR analysts across onshore and offshore locations.Manage hiring, training, workload distribution, and performance management in coordination with leadership.Track and analyze AR KPIs including on-time billing, payment application, supplier payment SLAs, and resolution timelines.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and proactive problem-solving.Design and implement development plans to enhance team autonomy and operational excellence.Technology & SystemsManage AR modules within Workday and collaborate on system enhancements and integrations.Review testing outcomes for system updates and approve AR-related production releases.Contribute to the AR technology roadmap to support automation and process optimization initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of management experience in Accounts Receivable or related financial operations.Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.Experience with Workday or other ERP/accounting systems.Experience in the staffing industry or Pay-When-Paid programs preferred.Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams and driving measurable performance improvements.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.Why Join Pinnacle Group?At Pinnacle Group, you will play a strategic role in shaping financial operations that directly impact business growth and client success.
