Our company is seeking a senior project manager to lead our governance and new demands team.
This hybrid role involves managing new business demands, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration into the existing landscape.
The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in project management, fluent English, and strong understanding of ITIL and COBIT frameworks.
* Key responsibilities:
1. New Demand Management:
* Lead intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands to ensure alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
2. Continuous Improvement:
* Drive enhancements in CFIN and PaPM processes and tools to increase efficiency and value delivery.
3. Service Introduction & Handover to Operations:
* Ensure smooth transitions from projects to operations, coordinating with functional and technical teams.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Act as a bridge between IT and business, ensuring requirements are well understood and implemented.
5. Process Standardization:
* Establish standardized procedures for demand management, governance, and service transitions.
6. Performance & Reporting:
* Track and report on governance and demand management processes to provide insights for leadership.
7. Risk Management:
* Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new demands and operational governance.
8. Vendor Coordination:
* Collaborate with external partners to ensure governance best practices are followed.
