Your Key Responsibilities
* Source and attract top talent through various channels
* Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer extension
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
* Evaluate candidate skills and experience to ensure the best fit for the role
Requirements
* Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting and hiring
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates effectively
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
