About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Analyst team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. We are looking for proactive people, team players passionate about programming in this language and oriented to provide the best experience to the end user. What You’ll Do:
- Create and maintain data pipelines for the entire firm as well as specialized sections.
- Assist in the creation and upkeep of corporate data visualization dashboards.
- Understand and interpret the business rules that model the business into code (SQL/Python).
- Work with data product managers to create outstanding data products.
- Contribute to the dissemination of a data-driven mindset and the improvement of data literacy.
You Must Have:
- 7+ years of experience working with BI, analytics, or other data-related areas.
- 2+ years of experience with Python, R, or another programming language.
- 5+ years of experience with SQL.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Desirable:
- 1+ year of experience in Analytics Engineering.
- Working knowledge of people analytics, streaming analytics, graph databases, and data visualization software.
- Knowledge of Apache Spark, Hive and Impala, Hadoop, or other big data technologies.
