Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, and niche tech sites.
You will be responsible for managing multiple roles, meeting deadlines, and providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
* Strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
