This is not a traditional support role — you’ll have direct customer interaction, ownership of infrastructure automation, and the freedom to solve complex challenges creatively.
You’ll work on:Supporting and optimizingenterprise-scale Azure and AWS environments
Building automation frameworksusing Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps principles
Proactive governance and cost optimization reviewsusing Cloud Insights (Flexera CloudCheckr)
Designing and deploying Infrastructure as Code(Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep)
Advising customerson modernization, containers (AKS/EKS), and cloud-native adoption
Collaborating with Product and Professional Services teamson new initiatives and deploymentsWhat You’ll Bring5+ years’ experience as aCloud Engineer / DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer
Strong hands-on expertise inAzure OR AWS(ideally both)
Proven experience withTerraformandInfrastructure as Code(IaC)
Experience withKubernetes(AKS, EKS) andcloud-native services(App Services, Lambda, etc.)
Understanding ofnetworking, hybrid connectivity, and governance best practices
Exposure toautomation toolssuch as Ansible, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in acustomer-facing or MSP environment
