As a pivotal member of our advertising team, this administrative project coordination role will be responsible for supporting clients with the planning, organization, and execution of advertising projects in the US immigration-based recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project delivery
* Perform quality assurance functions involving document review for accuracy and consistency
* Ensure timely and in-scope delivery of all projects
* Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools
* Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout project lifecycle
* Balance multiple ongoing projects and prioritize tasks effectively
