Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to support our organization's financial and operational activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing
* Process and issue domestic and international invoices, as well as handle customer inquiries and payments
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting
2. Previous experience in financial and administrative routines, preferably in a similar role
3. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
