Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Associate to join our team on a remote basis. You will work closely with the CEO and Founder, supporting research, investor communications, project tracking, financial analysis, and other critical tasks as we expand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research - Conduct in-depth studies of new business opportunities and prepare comprehensive reports.
* Investor Communications - Assist with updates and materials for investors, ensuring timely and accurate information.
* Project Tracking - Process and organize invoices, maintain up-to-date budgets, and track costs effectively.
* Data Work - Review and analyze business data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
* Financial Analysis - Collaborate on numbers for acquisitions and new projects, providing insights to drive growth.
* Business Development - Help facilitate outreach to potential customers and partners, exploring new opportunities.
Requirements:
* Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint, with the ability to present findings clearly.
* Proficiency in using ChatGPT and other AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
