Administrative Assistant

We are a technology firm operating globally, providing innovative business management solutions. We seek an Administrative Assistant to support our financial and administrative operations.


Key Responsibilities:

* Issue and control invoices (domestic and international)
* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Monitor and maintain client and supplier contracts
* Support daily administrative routines
* Collaborate with internal teams and interface with external partners


Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
* Previous experience in financial and administrative routines
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Knowledge of management tools (ERP, spreadsheets, and reports)
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity
