What you’ll doWe’re looking for an Account Executive to accelerate Clara’s growth in Cuiabá by generating and closing new business opportunities through 100% outbound efforts. You’ll play a key role in expanding Clara’s reach in the region, engaging with high-potential prospects, and driving new client acquisition.This is a self-driven sales role where you’ll manage your own pipeline end to end—from prospecting to closing—while representing Clara with clarity, discipline, and energy. Success will be measured by your ability to consistently exceed ambitious sales targets.Own the outbound sales motion for your territory, from lead sourcing to signed contractsBuild and manage a high-volume pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreachSet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goalsTrack and optimize performance against KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and closed dealsMaintain detailed records of all sales activity and client interactions using Hubspot CRMAct as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating Clara’s value proposition to potential clientsWho you areWe’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
