Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the modernization and transformation of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.
This role involves defining project scope, interpreting requirements and priorities, and driving project management decisions. You will also analyze divisional business requirements, translate them into technical deliverables, and develop expert knowledge of platform systems.
In addition, you will understand infrastructure requirements, deployment of solutions for OnPrem and Cloud Computing service models, and ensure coordination of teams to drive timely completion of deliverables. Your expertise will include managing project budgets and financials, defining KPI's and metrics, and interacting closely with stakeholders and vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Advanced English language proficiency
* Bachelor's degree and solid experience in Project/Program Management
* Experience managing merger and acquisition infrastructure and application integration or divestiture projects preferred
* Project Management Professional and/or Certified Scrum Master preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong orientation to user-base, including ability to understand needs and apply this knowledge to product enhancements, online user experience, and communication content
* Product and project management skills; business judgment, including ability to balance resources, evaluate and address risks, and concisely articulate where trade-off decisions are to be made
