Manual Labor Researcher Position
We are seeking individuals to participate in a research project focused on improving AI understanding of manual labor through wearable camera footage.
Job Description:
This role involves recording daily activities for 5 separate days within a 2-week window, capturing at least 7 hours per day of manual labor or fabrication routines.
* Wear a head-mounted camera to capture daily activities and upload footage securely to our platform.
* Review and choose to delete, anonymize, or consent to each video segment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Applicants must be fluent English speakers, have access to a private work environment, and be self-employed or have employer consent to record in the work environment.
* Must work indoors in non-customer-facing roles (e.g., not retail or child care).
* Participants who share the same workplace or household should both have a camera mounted during the activity.
* Preferably engaged in manual or creative work (e.g., chef, baker, artist, carpenter, musician, electrician, mechanic).
