Job Description:
Product Delivery Manager is needed to drive the execution of our product roadmap—working closely with engineering, design, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, structured, and timely delivery.
This senior hybrid role combines elements of project management and product coordination. It is well suited to someone with experience in customer facing SaaS environments who thrives in organized, execution-focused roles.
The Product Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day product development process, facilitating planning meetings, daily standups, retrospectives, and delivery reviews.
They will also translate product ideas into structured, development-ready tasks, draft and refine feature briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteria, track progress across sprints, and proactively identify and resolve delivery issues.
Maintaining task boards and ensuring relevant documentation is kept current and clear are also key responsibilities of the Product Delivery Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the day-to-day product development process

* Translate product ideas into structured, development-ready tasks
* Draft and refine feature briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteria

* Communicate with internal stakeholders (e.g., medical experts, support) to clarify priorities and requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience working with SaaS development teams is essential for this role. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in project management within a software team and 3+ years of experience in product management within a software team.
They should also possess strong organizational and communication skills, be able to bring clarity and structure to complex product work, and be capable of operating independently while keeping the broader team aligned and informed.
