We are a two-year-old company based out of the United States that fills a gap in remote areas by providing essential goods to oilfield and industrial workers. These workers have limited options nearby, making it difficult for them to access basic supplies.
The business has seen significant growth since its launch, doubling revenue every year. We expect this trend to continue as we expand our operations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Associate to work closely with our CEO & Founder. This is a remote role that requires support in research, investor communications, project tracking, financial analysis, and other critical work as we expand.
What You'll Do
* Research - Help study new business opportunities and prepare reports
* Investor Communications - Support updates and materials for investors
* Project Tracking - Process and organize invoices, keep budgets up to date, and track costs
* Data Work - Review and analyze basic business data to spot trends
* Financial Analysis - Assist with numbers for acquisitions and new projects
* Business Development - Help with outreach to potential customers and partners
* New Ideas - Assist with market testing of new business lines and services
What We're Looking For
* Careful attention to detail
* Ability to work respectfully with both internal teammates and outside partners
* Can work independently and stay organized without constant oversight
* Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
* Comfort using AI tools to make work faster and more effective
* Good written and spoken English
* Open to learning and taking on different types of tasks
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
* At least 5 years of professional experience in finance, business analysis, or project management
* Strong technical and communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
