Localização: Itajubá - MG

Os candidatos a esta vaga de estágio poderão apoiar em atividades como:
* Organização e limpeza de dados em Google Sheets ou ferramentas automatizadas;
* Atualização de indicadores periódicos (turnover, headcount, absenteísmo etc) e manutenção de dashboards de RH e EHS;
* Apoio às análises e atividades de Recursos Humanos solicitadas por HRBPs e lideranças;
* Automatização de relatórios e otimização de processos;
* Criação de templates (apresentações, planilhas etc) para visualização de KPIs;
* Apoio na elaboração de manuais e guias de processos analíticos.
Requisitos Obrigatórios
* Cursando ensino superior em Administração, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;
* Inglês intermediário (será avaliado em entrevista);
* Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá no mínimo 1 ano;
* Interesse em aprender e se desenvolver na área de RH;
* Boa comunicação.

Job description: Human Resources Internship
Location: Itajubá - MG
Type: On-site
Candidates for this internship position will be able to support activities such as:
* Organizing and cleaning data in Google Sheets or automated tools;
* Updating periodic indicators (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, etc.) and maintaining HR and EHS dashboards;
* Support for Human Resources analyses and activities requested by HRBPs and leaders;
* Automating reports and optimizing processes;
* Creation of templates (presentations, spreadsheets, etc.) for visualizing KPIs;
* Support in the preparation of manuals and guides for analytical processes.
Mandatory Requirements
* Studying higher education in Administration, Information Systems or related areas;
* Intermediate English (will be assessed at interview);
* Availability to work as an intern (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for at least 1 year;
* Interest in learning and developing in the HR area;
* Good communication skills.
