Currently House of Shipping is recruiting for a Customer Service Intern on Behalf of its client in Sao Paulo - Brazil.
Job purpose As a Customer Service Intern at our Shipping Agency, your role is to support the team with basic administrative and customer service-related tasks.
You will learn shipping documentation processes, assist in data entry, and contribute to smooth communication between internal teams and clients under supervision.
Main tasks and responsibilities Support the team with basic data entry and updating shipment records.Assist in organizing and filing customer and shipment documents.Help prepare simple reports or summaries as instructed.Shadow senior team members to learn communication and coordination processes.Perform other basic support tasks as assigned by the reporting manager. Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent.Trainings related to Customer service (optional) Background and Skills Interest in logistics, shipping, or customer serviceFamiliarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) preferredIntegrity & Accountability – Shows reliability in completing assigned tasks.Customer Focus – Displays enthusiasm in learning how to address customer needs.Continuous Learning – Eager to acquire knowledge of shipping processes and systems.Agility – Willing to support changing tasks based on team needs.Collaboration & Communication – Cooperates effectively with team members and seeks clarification when needed.
