As a critical component of our delivery operations, we are seeking an experienced Operational Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery operations and providing exceptional support to our customers.
As an Operational Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring ongoing deliveries and coordinating with drivers and shippers to resolve any issues that may arise.
* Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and through live chat to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
Our ideal candidate has experience in logistics, courier operations, call center, or customer support, with a proven track record of providing top-notch service to customers. Proficiency in English is a must, and the ability to work based on the Eastern US time zone (EDT) is also required.
