SAP P2D – Logistics Consultant | SAP SD / Logistics Execution | São Paulo, Brazil
At Stefanini Latam Digital, we are looking for a highly experienced SAP P2D – Logistics Consultant to join a strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative within the manufacturing industry.
This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for professionals passionate about logistics execution, transportation processes, supply chain optimization, and enterprise-scale SAP implementations.

* Full On-site position in São Paulo

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Logistics Execution solutions
* Define and optimize:
* Outbound Delivery Processes
* Inbound Delivery Processes
* Transportation Planning
* Shipment Management
* Configure Logistics Execution processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
* Ensure integration between:
* SAP SD
* SAP MM
* Warehouse systems
* Transportation platforms
* Lead workshops with Logistics and Supply Chain stakeholders
* Support testing activities through go-live phases
* Translate business requirements into scalable SAP logistics solutions
* Improve logistics performance, transportation efficiency, and supply chain visibility using SAP analytics and process optimization initiatives
Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience as SAP SD / Logistics Execution Consultant
* Strong expertise in SAP SD and Logistics Execution across ECC and SAP S/4HANA
* Deep knowledge of:
* Deliveries
* Shipments
* Transportation Processes
* Warehouse Integration
* Proven experience within Manufacturing environments (MANDATORY)
* Automotive industry experience is a strong plus
* Participation in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations
* Advanced / Fluent English communication skills (MANDATORY)
* Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills
* Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams
