Account Growth Specialist
This role involves managing and expanding existing customer accounts to drive revenue growth, foster long-term relationships, and pursue new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
* Build strong connections with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts.
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts.
* Conduct regular account reviews and provide insightful business insights to customers.
You will work closely with other departments to support customer success, meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets, enhance client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, negotiate and close deals effectively, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the software industry.
* Experience with complex sales cycles, RFPs, and public tenders.
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and enterprise IT environments.
* Experience with open source software, API management, and IAM technologies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.
* Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English (oral and written); Spanish is a plus.
