Client Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional client service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
* Analyze sales requests critically and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
* Support management, supervision, and logistics teams with reports and statistical data.
* Participate in external events representing the company, such as trade shows and conferences.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
* Proficiency in sales techniques and software applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Intermediate level English proficiency.
