Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate personalized platform expertise through proactive outreach and pipeline management.
* Craft tailored business cases communicating the value of automation-driven data reconciliation processes.
* Negotiate and close deals, securing long-term partnerships.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing success with our reconciliation solutions.
* Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell strategies by understanding clients' evolving data management needs.
* Partner with the ecosystem, identifying and developing strategic relationships particularly in industries where data reconciliation and automation are critical.
* Support partner-led sales by equipping partners with tools and knowledge to effectively promote and sell our solutions.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales or account management roles within data management, reconciliation, or business intelligence platforms.
* Strong understanding of data reconciliation processes, data matching, and automation technologies.
* Background in selling solutions that solve complex data challenges in finance, operations, or compliance.
* Experience managing large accounts and delivering measurable business outcomes.
* Fluent English (written and spoken); bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
* Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex data workflows and present solutions effectively.
* Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering ROI and long-term value.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CRM platforms like Pipedrive and expertise in sales reporting.
* Familiarity with reconciliation automation tools and data-driven platforms.
* Proven track record in working with international clients across diverse industries.
* Knowledge of finance, accounting, reconciliation or audit processes, especially where manual reconciliation has been a pain point.
* Experience selling B2B solutions in a highly consultative manner.
* Fluent Portuguese (written and spoken).
