Key Responsibilities:
* The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, cultivating a robust pipeline of technical candidates through various sourcing channels.
* In partnership with hiring managers and internal teams, they will identify and assess top talent using an array of tools and strategies.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required.
* Proven expertise in recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles is essential.
* The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of technology trends and be able to communicate effectively in English.
* A high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems is preferred.
* Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills would be advantageous.
