Natura Labs is a fast-paced, results-oriented creative and performance marketing team working with multiple e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands. We specialize in high-performing ads, conversion-focused web pages, and creative strategies that scale.
We’re hiring an experienced Direct Response Web Designer to support our ongoing projects, focusing on landing pages, branded UI/UX assets, and e-commerce sites across any major platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, custom, etc.). This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for modern design, clean layouts, mobile responsiveness, and a passion for driving conversions.
What You’ll Do:
* Design high-converting landing pages, homepages, and product pages for e-commerce brands with a direct-response approach
* Build clean, responsive layouts with mobile-first optimization
* Create branded visual assets (banners, product image sections, headers, etc.)
* Align page structures with CRO best practices and marketing goals
* Collaborate with our team of developers, strategists, and ad creators
* Use design tools like Figma, Webflow, Canva, or Replo to produce final files or prototypes for any major platform
Who You Are:
* You have experience designing web pages for e-commerce or DTC brands (on any platform) with a strong focus on conversion
* You understand direct response principles and apply them to visual layout and structure
* You can balance creative design with business outcomes
* You work well with feedback, iteration, and evolving briefs
* You understand the value of typography, spacing, color hierarchy, and UX patterns
Tools & Skills Required:
* Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, or Webflow
* Portfolio of landing pages or e-commerce websites
* Clear communication skills in English
* Bonus: Familiarity with Framer, Replo, or basic HTML/CSS
