Case Manager Internship Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven individual to join our team as a Case Manager intern.

As a Case Manager intern, you will be responsible for assisting with the intake, tagging, and triage of fraud-related case submissions. You will also document return materials processes for traceability and evidence handling, support the creation and refinement of SOPs for fraud and marketing workflows, and collaborate with Fraud Ops, Decision Science, and Technical teams to align platform inputs.
* Assist with the intake and processing of fraud-related case submissions;

* Participate in testing and feedback for new platform features;
* Help draft reports and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Strong academic performance and attention to detail are required. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about structured processes and operational efficiency, comfortable working across tools like Jira, Confluence, and Excel, and curious about fraud prevention, financial crimes, and enterprise automation.
