Job Title: IT Talent Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top technical talent.
* Develop and execute effective strategies to build robust pipelines of diverse technical candidates in LATAM and the U.S.
* Utilize various sourcing tools, such as internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling, to identify and engage top talent.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing their qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Post job advertisements across relevant platforms, including LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites, to attract top candidates.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates quickly.
* Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track key recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
* Design scalable and efficient recruiting processes to support the growth of our recruiting operations in LATAM and the U.S.
As a seasoned IT Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with candidates, and leveraging various sourcing tools to find the best fit for our clients' needs.
We are seeking experienced professionals with 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment. You should have a proven track record of recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles and possess a strong understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
