Discover your new role As a Sr Project Manager you will lead a team of consultants throughout all stages of a implementations’ lifecycle. Your Day-to-Day As a Project Manager for our Implementations team, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities: - Control Planning: Lead activities as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change management control. - Scope & Monitoring: Manage scope throughout all phases of the project life cycle. Maintains accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, and status reports. Ensure achievement of project milestones. - Leadership: Leads execution of multiple projects or manage an entire program - Continuous improvement: Lessons learned from project retrospective and applies for future projects. Do you have what it takes? Get ready to build your 360 success. Must-have - 5 years of experience in project management. - 3 years of proven experience in delivering full-cycle ERP implementation projects. - Experience in NetSuite ERP implementations. - Full English Professional Fluency - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Suite Success methodology experience - PMP certification is a plus - The strong negotiation and interpersonal skills needed to be effective in a fast-paced high-energy company. - Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high-quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers.
