Job Title: Service Delivery Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the After-Sales Analysts/Engineers team and the field team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Foster skill development among team members and provide technical support to customers.
* Maintain service excellence by setting goals, monitoring, and evaluating received service requests against provided solutions.
* Track customer satisfaction surveys for each completed service.
